Marketplace Sales Executive

Role Overview

Brandsquare is hiring a Marketplace Sales Executive to manage, operate, and grow revenue from international freelance marketplaces such as Upwork, Fiverr and similar platforms.

This is a mid level role inside a fast scaling U.S. registered software and systems company serving clients across healthcare, legal, finance, real estate, and technology.

This role directly impacts revenue, client trust, and marketplace reputation.

Key Responsibilities

Marketplace Profile Management

  • Manage and operate official Brandsquare profiles on Upwork, Fiverr and other platforms
  • Maintain profile health, response rate, and platform compliance
  • Optimize profiles based on platform algorithms and performance insights

Lead Sourcing & Project Acquisition

  • Identify and bid on projects aligned with Brandsquare’s software and IT services
  • Qualify leads before engagement
  • Ensure every bid matches internal capability and pricing guidelines

Proposal Writing & Client Communication

  • Write clear, persuasive proposals in professional English
  • Handle client inquiries confidently and respectfully
  • Negotiate scope, timelines, and pricing within approved limits
  • Represent Brandsquare’s standards in every interaction

Deal Closure & Internal Handover

  • Close projects with clear expectations and documentation
  • Coordinate handover with the internal project delivery team
  • Ensure client requirements are clearly communicated internally

Revenue & Performance Ownership

  • Work toward monthly and quarterly revenue targets
  • Track conversion rates, wins, and losses
  • Maintain accurate sales and marketplace trackers
  • Improve performance through feedback and reporting

After Sales Support & Client Retention

  • Provide professional after sales communication on platforms
  • Support repeat business and long term client relationships
  • Protect Brandsquare’s ratings, reviews, and marketplace reputation

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of Business, Technology, and IT services
  • 1–2 years of hands on experience selling services on Upwork, Fiverr, LinkedIn or similar international platforms
  • Clear understanding of platform algorithms, bidding strategy and profile optimization
  • Proven performance metrics such as revenue, conversion rate or repeat clients is a strong advantage
  • Excellent English proposal and bid writing skills
  • Comfortable working with targets, tracking systems, and reporting
