People Executive

Role Overview

Brandsquare, LLC is hiring a People Executive to manage people operations, internal culture, communication standards, and HR systems across the company.

Key Responsibilities

People Operations & Discipline Management

  • Maintain daily presence logs & attendance records
  • Regularly check Scrum logs & team activity records
  • Monitor punctuality, working hours & daily check ins
  • Maintain people related trackers with accuracy

Company Culture & Behavior Standards

  • Actively maintain and reinforce Brandsquare company culture
  • Monitor internal conduct & flag culture related issues
  • Help team members understand expected workplace behavior
  • Ensure actions align with U.S. company culture & values

Communication & Language Standards

  • Ensure professional language is maintained in all internal communication
  • Guide team members on proper workplace communication tone
  • Maintain consistency in how the team communicates internally
  • Address language misuse or unprofessional communication when needed

HR Process & System Management

  • Maintain HR trackers, documentation & internal records
  • Support KPI handling related to people performance
  • Ensure HR systems, sheets & tools remain updated
  • Support improvements to people processes & workflows

Hiring & Recruitment Coordination

  • Support hiring related work & coordination
  • Manage hiring documentation & internal approvals
  • Handle candidate communication & email flow professionally
  • Maintain hiring trackers & interview records

Payroll, Leave & Policy Handling

  • Prepare payroll data, payslip & monthly summaries
  • Maintain leave records, balances & approvals
  • Ensure leave and HR policies are followed correctly
  • Communicate policies clearly & professionally

Onboarding, Exit & Cultural Alignment

  • Manage onboarding process for new team members
  • Introduce new hires to Brandsquare culture & standards
  • Ensure proper orientation on behavior, language & systems
  • Handle exit documentation and clearance processes

Team Engagement & Culture Execution

  • Support team engagement programs and internal activities
  • Coordinate events, training and culture initiatives
  • Support internal development and culture training sessions
  • Ensure culture is practiced daily, not just documented

People Tools, Reporting & System Ownership

  • Maintain HR tools, people systems and trackers
  • Ensure proper usage of people related tools
  • Prepare people related reports and documentation
  • Support Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly KPI reports
