Account Executive

Role Overview

Brandsquare is hiring an Account Executive to manage outbound client outreach, nurture potential clients, and help convert opportunities into long term partnerships.

This role focuses on relationship building, sales communication and lead management, primarily through LinkedIn and other professional platforms.

As an Account Executive, you will represent Brandsquare while engaging with decision makers, founders and professionals across the USA, Europe and the Middle East.

You will manage conversations, qualify opportunities and support the company’s sales system by maintaining a structured outreach pipeline.

This is a mid level role inside a fast scaling U.S. registered software and systems company working with professionals across healthcare, legal, finance, real estate and technology.

Key Responsibilities

LinkedIn Outreach & Relationship Building

  • Conduct outbound LinkedIn outreach to connect with founders, executives and decision makers
  • Initiate professional conversations with potential clients across global markets
  • Build long term relationships through consistent engagement and follow up
  • Engage with prospect content and participate in relevant professional conversations

Messaging Strategy & Prospect Engagement

  • Develop personalized outreach messages tailored to different industries and audiences
  • Communicate Brandsquare’s services and value proposition clearly and professionally
  • Maintain structured conversation flow that builds trust and interest
  • Continuously improve messaging strategy based on response and conversion patterns

Lead Qualification & Sales Pipeline Management

  • Qualify leads through LinkedIn conversations and outreach interactions
  • Identify prospects that align with the company’s service offerings
  • Move qualified prospects through the sales funnel toward discovery conversations
  • Maintain a well organized outreach pipeline and follow up system

Client Communication & Relationship Nurturing

  • Manage conversations with prospects and potential clients professionally
  • Maintain regular follow ups with warm leads and interested prospects
  • Build trust based relationships that lead to long term business opportunities
  • Ensure all communication reflects Brandsquare’s professional standards

Sales Account Management

  • Manage assigned outreach accounts and LinkedIn profiles used for business development
  • Regularly optimize profiles to improve positioning and outreach credibility
  • Track outreach activities, client responses and conversation history
  • Maintain consistent activity levels across assigned sales accounts

Lead Tracking & Performance Monitoring

  • Track outreach performance and response rates
  • Monitor lead quality and conversion patterns
  • Maintain structured outreach trackers and reporting systems
  • Provide insights to improve future outreach strategies

Market Research & Prospect Targeting

  • Identify industries, companies and professionals aligned with Brandsquare’s services
  • Use LinkedIn search tools and filters to find relevant prospects
  • Stay informed about industry trends and decision maker profiles
  • Continuously refine targeting strategies for better outreach performance

Cross Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with the marketing and content teams to align messaging strategies
  • Coordinate with leadership on qualified lead handovers
  • Ensure client conversations reflect the company’s positioning and communication standards
  • Share insights that help improve the company’s sales system

Requirements

  • Strong written English communication skills
  • Confidence communicating with international professionals and executives
  • Ability to maintain organized outreach systems and follow up pipelines
  • Strong understanding of professional communication and relationship building
  • Comfortable using LinkedIn, Sales Navigator or similar prospecting tools
  • Self disciplined and consistent in daily outreach activities
  • Ability to work with sales targets and performance tracking
