Role Overview
Brandsquare is hiring a Content Writer to create high quality English content across SaaS products, websites, branding projects and digital platforms.
This role requires strong writing ability, structured thinking and the ability to turn complex ideas into well organized and persuasive content.
You will work closely with our design, brand, and product teams to produce content that supports real business outcomes.
This is a mid level role inside a fast scaling U.S. registered software and systems company serving clients across healthcare, legal, finance, real estate, and technology.

Key Responsibilities
Website & Product Copywriting
- Write persuasive copy for websites, landing pages, and SaaS platforms
- Translate product features into strong value driven messaging
- Structure content to improve usability, system flow, and conversion
Branding & Positioning Content
- Write brand messaging including brand stories, positioning statements, and company narratives
- Support branding projects with structured communication systems
- Develop tone, voice, and messaging guidelines
Blog & Long Form Content
- Write in depth blog articles related to technology, AI, business, and digital systems
- Produce structured content designed for search visibility and audience engagement
- Work with research teams to ensure accuracy and relevance
Social Media Content
- Create engaging posts for platforms such as LinkedIn and other social channels
- Adapt tone and messaging based on audience and platform context
- Support content campaigns and brand visibility initiatives
Video Scripts & Media Content
- Write scripts for videos, podcasts, and media presentations
- Structure storytelling for stronger engagement and message delivery
- Collaborate with the media team to align messaging with visual production
Internal Content & Documentation
- Assist in writing internal documents, product explanations, and marketing materials
- Maintain consistency across all written communication produced by the company
Requirements
- Strong English writing ability with correct grammar and sentence structure
- Ability to write product copy, SaaS messaging, branding content, blogs, social posts, and scripts
- Strong research and information structuring skills
- Ability to convert complex ideas into structured written communication
- Comfortable working with feedback and revisions
- Familiarity with technology, SaaS, AI, or digital systems is a strong advantage
