Role Overview
Brandsquare is hiring a People Executive to manage internal people operations, culture systems, communication standards and HR processes across the company.
This role ensures that discipline, professional behavior and communication standards remain consistent as the company grows.
You will help operate the company’s people systems, maintain HR documentation, support hiring processes and ensure the workplace reflects the professional standards expected inside a U.S. registered software and systems company.

Key Responsibilities
People Operations & Discipline Management
- Maintain daily attendance logs and presence records
- Monitor punctuality, working hours and team activity logs
- Maintain people related trackers and internal records
- Ensure consistency in daily people operations and reporting
- Support discipline and operational structure within teams
Company Culture & Behavior Standards
- Maintain and reinforce Brandsquare’s internal culture standards
- Ensure respectful and professional behavior across teams
- Monitor workplace conduct and identify culture related issues
- Help team members understand expected workplace behavior
- Ensure workplace practices align with U.S. professional standards
Communication & Language Standards
- Ensure professional language is maintained across internal communication
- Monitor written and verbal communication across teams
- Guide team members on appropriate workplace communication tone
- Address unprofessional communication or language misuse when necessary
- Maintain consistency in internal communication standards
HR Systems & Documentation
- Maintain HR trackers, documentation and employee records
- Manage role wise capability reports and internal skill tracking
- Support KPI tracking related to people performance
- Ensure HR systems and documentation remain organized and updated
- Support improvements to HR workflows and internal processes
Hiring & Recruitment Coordination
- Support hiring coordination and recruitment processes
- Manage candidate communication and interview scheduling
- Maintain hiring trackers and recruitment documentation
- Coordinate interview logistics and internal approvals
- Ensure hiring communication reflects company standards
MTO Program Management
- Manage and coordinate the Management Trainee Officer (MTO) Program
- Monitor trainee progress, assignments and development milestones
- Maintain structured records of trainee performance and feedback
- Coordinate with department leads to assign training rotations and responsibilities
- Ensure trainees follow company discipline, communication standards and workplace systems
- Conduct regular check ins to support trainee development and address challenges
- Prepare progress reports and evaluation summaries for leadership
- Ensure the program develops future team members aligned with the company’s systems, culture and professional standards
Payroll, Leave & Policy Administration
- Prepare payroll related data and monthly summaries
- Assist with payslip preparation and payroll documentation
- Maintain leave records, balances and approvals
- Ensure HR policies are properly followed and documented
- Communicate HR policies clearly to team members
Onboarding & Exit Management
- Manage onboarding process for new team members
- Introduce new hires to company culture, systems and expectations
- Ensure proper orientation on workplace behavior and communication
- Manage exit documentation and clearance procedures
- Ensure respectful and professional employee exit processes
Team Engagement & Culture Programs
- Support internal engagement programs and company activities
- Coordinate internal events, training sessions and culture initiatives
- Help maintain a respectful and collaborative work environment
- Support internal development initiatives for team members
- Ensure culture is practiced through daily behavior and systems
Reporting & People Systems
- Maintain HR tools, trackers and people management systems
- Ensure proper usage of internal HR systems
- Prepare structured HR reports for management review
- Support monthly, quarterly and yearly KPI reporting
- Share people related insights with leadership
Requirements
- 2+ years experience in HR, People Operations or Administrative roles
- Strong understanding of workplace discipline and professional behavior
- Experience maintaining HR records, trackers and internal documentation
- Strong communication skills with focus on professional language
- Ability to handle people related matters calmly and fairly
- Organized and system oriented in daily execution
- Comfortable working inside a U.S. company culture environment
