Founder’s Assistant

Role Overview

Brandsquare is hiring a Founder’s Assistant to work directly with the Founder & CEO and support the day to day coordination of executive activities.

This role exists to ensure the Founder’s time, priorities, meetings and responsibilities remain organized and executed properly.

You will assist with scheduling, meeting coordination, task follow ups, documentation and field related work that supports the CEO’s professional and operational responsibilities.

The role requires high reliability, strong discipline, confidentiality and the ability to handle multiple priorities calmly.

Key Responsibilities

Executive Schedule Management

  • Manage the Founder’s daily calendar, meetings and appointments
  • Coordinate internal and external meeting schedules
  • Prepare reminders and ensure proper time allocation for commitments

Meeting & Coordination Support

  • Arrange meetings and coordinate meeting logistics
  • Prepare meeting briefs and document key discussion points
  • Track action items from meetings and ensure follow ups are completed

Task Tracking & Follow Up

  • Track tasks assigned by the Founder across departments
  • Follow up with teams to ensure deadlines and deliverables are met
  • Maintain structured records of priorities and commitments

Communication & Internal Coordination

  • Assist in coordinating communication between the Founder and internal teams
  • Ensure responses and follow ups are handled in a timely manner
  • Maintain professional and confidential communication standards

Executive & Personal Assistance

  • Assist the Founder with both professional and occasional personal responsibilities when required
  • Support field related work including external meetings, visits, errands or logistical coordination
  • Provide on ground assistance during events, travel arrangements and off-site activities
  • Handle tasks assigned by the Founder with speed, reliability and confidentiality

Administrative Organization

  • Maintain organized records of schedules, notes and executive documents
  • Assist with documentation and executive administrative tasks
  • Ensure important files, schedules and communication remain structured

This role involves working closely with the Founder and may include exposure to sensitive operational, financial and strategic information.

Selected candidates will be required to sign a strict Non Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and Confidentiality Agreement before joining.

Professional integrity, discretion and responsible handling of information are mandatory. Any breach of confidentiality will result in immediate termination and legal action.
