Role Overview
Brandsquare is hiring a Jr. Innovation Engineer to research, prototype and implement AI powered capabilities across our software products and internal systems.
This role focuses on AI integration, agent systems and product experimentation. You will explore new technologies, test emerging AI tools and help integrate them into real software platforms.
You will work closely with the Product Department alongside developers, supporting the development of web applications, SaaS platforms and internal systems enhanced with AI capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
AI Research & Technology Exploration
- Conduct research on AI, machine learning and agent technologies
- Evaluate emerging AI tools, frameworks and developer platforms
- Identify opportunities to integrate AI capabilities inside product systems
- Test and experiment with new AI technologies through structured R&D
AI Integration & Implementation
- Implement AI powered features inside web applications and SaaS platforms
- Integrate AI APIs such as OpenAI, Claude and similar LLM platforms
- Build AI driven systems that support automation, analysis and decision support
- Support developers in implementing AI capabilities inside existing product systems
AI Agent Development
- Design and build AI agents capable of interacting with tools, APIs and internal systems
- Develop autonomous workflows using agent based architectures
- Experiment with OpenClaw and similar AI agent frameworks
- Build automation systems powered by AI models and agent workflows
Product Experimentation & Prototyping
- Develop experimental prototypes to test AI driven product ideas
- Build proof of concepts for new AI powered features
- Assist product developers in evaluating technical feasibility of AI integrations
- Support MVP experimentation inside the product development lifecycle
Collaboration With Product Developers
- Work inside the Product Department alongside developers
- Assist in integrating AI capabilities into web applications and SaaS platforms
- Collaborate with designers and engineers to translate AI capabilities into product features
- Ensure AI integrations align with product architecture and system structure
Research Documentation & Knowledge Sharing
- Document experiments, tested tools and research outcomes
- Maintain organized records of AI tools, frameworks and technologies evaluated
- Share insights and technical findings with the development team
- Help build internal knowledge around AI systems and agent architectures
Technical Capabilities We Value
- AI API integration (OpenAI, Claude or similar models)
- AI agent systems and tool calling workflows
- Experience with agent frameworks such as OpenClaw
- Product level AI integration inside web applications or SaaS systems
- AI automation pipelines and workflow orchestration
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (CSE) or related technical field
- Strong understanding of AI, machine learning and large language models
- Experience implementing AI APIs such as OpenAI or Claude
- Ability to integrate AI capabilities inside web applications or software systems
- Familiarity with AI agents, automation workflows and tool calling
- Strong research mindset and curiosity for emerging technologies
- Basic programming skills for building AI integrations and prototypes
Bonus Skills (Preferred)
- Experience working with OpenClaw or similar AI agent frameworks
- Experience building AI agents or autonomous systems
- Familiarity with prompt engineering and LLM orchestration
- Experience building AI powered prototypes or experimental products
- Understanding of AI automation and developer tools
