Role Overview
Brandsquare is hiring a Product Developer to build and maintain modern digital systems including web applications, SaaS platforms and software products.
This role focuses on translating product ideas into reliable, scalable and well structured software systems.
As a Product Developer, you will work closely with the product, design and engineering teams to develop web applications, SaaS tools and internal systems used by professionals across healthcare, legal, finance, real estate and technology.
This is a mid level role inside a fast scaling U.S. registered software and systems company.
If you enjoy building real software products, solving technical problems and maintaining clean development systems, this role fits.

Key Responsibilities
Product Development
- Develop web applications, SaaS platforms and internal software systems
- Convert product requirements into clean, scalable code
- Build reliable product features aligned with user needs
- Maintain structured development practices across projects
System Architecture & Technical Implementation
- Design structured software systems that support scalability
- Implement backend logic and frontend functionality when required
- Ensure systems follow clean architecture and coding standards
- Maintain product performance, stability and security
Web Application & SaaS Development
- Develop and maintain web based platforms and SaaS products
- Work with APIs, databases and system integrations
- Ensure product features function reliably across environments
- Maintain strong version control and deployment practices
Product Maintenance & Improvement
- Identify bugs and technical issues across product systems
- Improve performance, reliability and usability of existing products
- Refactor code when needed to maintain long term scalability
- Continuously improve product quality and system stability
Collaboration With Product & Design Teams
- Work closely with product designers and product managers
- Translate UX/UI designs into working product interfaces
- Participate in product discussions and feature planning
- Ensure technical implementation aligns with product goals
System Documentation & Development Standards
- Maintain proper technical documentation for systems and features
- Follow development standards and structured workflows
- Ensure clean version control practices and deployment processes
- Support structured development practices across teams
Requirements
- 2+ years experience in web or software development
- Strong understanding of web application architecture and development workflows
- Experience building web apps, SaaS platforms or digital products
- Familiarity with frontend and backend development environments
- Experience working with APIs, databases and system integrations
- Ability to maintain clean, structured and scalable code
- Strong debugging and problem solving ability
Bonus Skills (Preferred)
- Experience with no code or low code platforms such as Bubble or Lovable
- Familiarity with Webflow development
- Ability to build or prototype products quickly using modern no code tools
- Understanding of rapid product development and MVP workflows
