Role Overview
Brandsquare is hiring a Product Designer to design modern digital products including web applications, SaaS platforms and professional websites.
This role focuses on UX strategy, interface design and product experience, ensuring digital systems are intuitive, scalable and aligned with business goals.
As a Product Designer, you will work closely with the product, development and branding teams to design structured user experiences and high quality UI systems for platforms used by professionals across healthcare, legal, finance, real estate and technology.
This is a mid level role inside a fast scaling U.S. registered software and systems company.

Key Responsibilities
Product UX & Interface Design
- Design user interfaces for web applications, SaaS platforms and digital products
- Create structured UX flows that improve usability and user experience
- Translate product requirements into clear interface designs
- Maintain consistent UI systems across product interfaces
Website & Platform Design
- Design modern websites aligned with product and brand strategy
- Create structured layouts that support usability and conversion
- Work closely with development teams to ensure design feasibility
- Ensure designs follow modern web usability standards
Product Experience & Interaction Design
- Design intuitive user journeys and interaction flows
- Create wireframes, prototypes and UI components
- Improve user experience through thoughtful interface decisions
- Ensure consistency across product interactions and navigation
Case Study & Portfolio Design
- Design structured product case studies and portfolio presentations
- Document design thinking, product decisions and visual outcomes
- Prepare visual content for Behance, websites and product showcases
- Present design work clearly through structured storytelling
Design Systems & UI Standards
- Maintain consistent design systems across products and platforms
- Define typography, spacing, layout grids and UI components
- Ensure design consistency across web apps and SaaS products
- Support scalable product design frameworks
Collaboration With Development Teams
- Work closely with developers
- Translate product ideas into structured design solutions
- Participate in product discussions and feature planning
- Ensure designs align with technical feasibility and product goals
Requirements
- 2+ years experience in UX/UI or product design
- Strong skills in Figma, Adobe XD or similar product design tools
- Experience designing web apps, SaaS platforms or digital products
- Strong understanding of UX flows, usability and interaction design
- Ability to create structured case studies and portfolio presentations
- Understanding of design systems and scalable UI frameworks
- Strong attention to detail and visual quality
